SAT Rundown
01
About the SAT
The SAT is a college entrance exam used by many colleges and universities (even those that are test-optional) to determine one's academic skill. It's a major factor in college admissions, and it tests math, reading, and writing.
03
What are the tutors like?
We believe that anyone who scores highly on the SAT, especially self-taught people and people who don't have many retakes, are those that are well-equipped to teach others how to do the same. These tutors also need to have good etiquette and respect for the client.
05
SAT Logistics?
The SAT is three hours. It can be retaken an infinite number of times, but is generally taken 2-3 times. The scores are good for five years. A good score is subjective - the test ranges from 400 to 1600, and depending on what your goals are, a good score can vary. The SAT is essentially the ACT without science.
02
Our Methodology
We believe that the best way to learn how to perform well on the SAT is to actually do the SAT. Hence, we're providing test experiences that mirror the real test to analyze where students are at and what they can improve on.
04
Strategies, strategies, strategies
The SAT is a game of strategy and who can take a test well. Hence, our tutors are more than happy to spread knowledge of how to use these strategies to get free points on the SAT.
06
Guidance, always
As a client of this course, you are the number one priority. Personalized preparation plans that reinforce (and teach) the foundations, plans that prioritize effective studying, and the incorporation of efficient strategies are some of the many ways that tutors will ensure that you are well-prepared for the SAT.
